Diversify your routine with workouts ranging from boxing to stretching. The duration of these workouts can vary from 5 to 40 minutes, depending on your schedule and fitness level.
PNCH provides easy-to-follow instructions through high-definition videos featuring demonstrations by our trainers. Detailed instructions ensure that you perform exercises correctly and effectively. For additional support during workouts, we have incorporated a Voice Coach feature.

- While PNCH is free to download, accessing your personal training plan and full standalone workouts and exercises require an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis.
- Customers opting for a monthly subscription are offered a complimentary 7-day trial period.
- Yearly subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase.
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, according to the chosen package's cost.
- Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in their Account Settings after purchase.
- If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when subscribing to a non-trial plan.
